Since Tony's father Philippe retired in 2017 he has taken over the day-to-day running of his family estate, one of the best-regarded throughout the Jura, all while still maintaining his small parcels of vines in Pupillin. This wine came about from the sheer abundance of Ploussard that Tony had after the 2018 harvest, typically used to create a sparkling, he also decided to produce this (almost) still red that is just pure juice.

Harvested on the 6th of September, means what we have here is a light, and easy going red with fresh, tart cherries with a bright and energetic acidity that just keeps you glugging.
