Formerly known as Le P'tit Blanc, this Sauvignon from Thierry Puzelat and his daughter Zoe  is a ‘négoce’ wine, meaning various growers are involved in the production of grapes. The Puzelat family has forged close and lasting partnerships with other growers with whom they work on a regular basis. The family requires a high standard of work be carried out on these vines, the minimum requirement is that treatments and yields fall in line with sustainable farming. They always inspect the vines in question before committing to purchasing the grapes. Zoé explains the négoce project, “our aim is to contribute to the conversion of a maximum amount of land.” For the last two years they bought grapes from a young grower who has not yet received certification, but who has been working organically. They preferred to pay him for his grapes before official recognition so he can fund converting his estate to organic farming.
